The boat «TIP TOP» is a model planed by Rendez Vous Fantasia with a charming design. This houseboat is the ideal to navigate into the canals, in the lagoon and in the sea along the coast. Recommended for a family that wants to keep a good comfort level or for a group of friends, the «TIP TOP» disposes of two forward cabins: the first one has one double bed that can be transformed into two single beds (one upper bank can be installed on request); the second one has one double bed that can be transformed into one single bed (with much more room and comfort in the cabin). Each cabin has en suite bathrooms with shower, hand basin and electrical toilet; just one is accessible from the dinette as well. At rear the third cabin with a double bed, en suite electrical toilet, shower, and hand basin. All the cabins are equipped with wardrobe and drawers. Dinette can be transformed into a single bed. Ample and bright central salon with entertainment area (TV, radio/cd, DVD), steering position. On a lower level there is the modern and fitted kitchen equipped with a gas oven and stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. The boat has also of a safe. Shady terrace with table and chairs, for a friendly outdoor life. Second flying bridge steering position. Large upper sun deck at bow. A contemporary décor and an eye toward functionality make the boat unique.
